BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Your booking is not confirmed until you have provided payment details, and received in return a confirmation email from us advising that your seats are now booked. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any booking may be cancelled without penalty more than 35 days before departure. 

Otherwise;

  • Tour bookings cancelled outside of 72 hours prior to the tour will incur a 10% administration fee.

  • Tour bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the tour departing, including failure to meet at requested departure point and time, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. 

  • Private Charters require a non-refundable deposit of $150 which will secure the vehicle for you. Private Charters cancelled within 3 days of the tour will be charged the fully quoted price of the tour.

  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY
We need to collect personal information about you, including your name, address, email, and telephone number in order to conduct business with you. All requests for credit card details during a booking will be handled by our booking system and not stored by us in any way. None of your personal details will be disclosed to any other parties without your prior consent, except for those needed to conduct the general business of the tour. Personal information provided by you may be stored electronically for marketing and research purposes by Hinterland Escapes.

CHANGES TO ITINERARY
We go to great lengths to ensure your safety and comfort. At times bad weather, fire danger, private or public events, or road closures, may mean that changes to the itinerary need to be made without prior notice. Under such circumstances, there will be no right to customer refund.

Hinterland Escapes reserve the right to cancel a tour at our discretion due to factors beyond our control, including not reaching minimum 4 passengers for all tours excluding Private Charters. In such cases we will offer you to tour on the next available tour, an alternative tour of equal value, or a full refund.

 

We will contact you via your mobile phone number, if possible please supply a landline number in case of mobile reception issues.

VEHICLES/GUESTS

The bus is fully equipped with seat belts.
As per Australian Road Rules, passengers must be seated and wearing seat belts when the vehicle is moving.
Passengers are not permitted to place any part of their body outside the vehicle, whilst the vehicle is moving.

Tour guests tasting wine or beer must be 18+ years of age and should not drink alcohol 8 hours prior to tour.

It is prohibited for you to consume alcohol whilst on board our vehicle.

 

A cleaning fee is charged if the vehicle requires any cleaning beyond that which is deemed normal.  Any additional fees incurred from vehicles not being available to service future clients, will be charged to the passenger who made the booking for the group that caused the damage.

 

Guests travel entirely at their own risk. We take no responsibility for the security of personal belongings. You accept all risks and responsibility for losses, damages, costs and other consequences resulting directly or indirectly while on tour.

 

Hinterland Escapes ensures every effort is made to provide the best experience, but accept no liability for any illness or injury whilst on tour including irritations or other medical conditions that you may experience from food and beverages that you consume during or after the tour.
